GRIL provides an on-site cooking experience with a variety of gourmet gril cheese sandwiches, sides, and desserts. We are available for your next event, i.e. office party, birthday party, block party, wedding, 'mitzvah', fundraiser or wherever people want good food and a fun experience.

The focus of our menu is to have everything homemade either by us or one of our preferred local partners. many of our ingredients are organic, non-gmo, chemical free and/or sourced from local farmers, suppliers and fellow entrepreneurs. 

Our business is built upon our 4 pillars: Gratitude, Respect, Integrity and Local.  We are committed to not only providing incredible food,  but also top notch service, and making a difference in our community by leading from the front. 

So, why did we start this business? Well, our own personal story is a little too long for this page. But, I will tell you this. We have finally found our calling. We're tired of children growing up eating processed meals big corporate messing up our food chain. We need to support local farmers, local business owners and other entrepreneurs that fuel our economy. Our children should grow up knowing how to at least make a gril cheese sandwich with ingredients that are natural, clean, and not something that is popped in the microwave. Also, everyone should be able to experience a meal like this at least once, whether they can afford it or not.  Thus, GRIL, Inc was born. Oh, why the cow? Um, just ask me next time you see me. But, she's just another reminder of why we do this.

It's our humble opinion that it's not right that some people starve in the most powerful country in the world. GRIL, Inc is committed to making a difference. For every sandwich you buy, we will give away a Grayslaker to someone in need.  We tried to think of a clever name for this program, but they are all pretty much taken. We are blessed to have a very loyal group of friends, family, business associates and even our family pets that have either been there from the beginning or have helped us along the way. No matter how small of a gesture, it all added up to a HUGE impact. The following list of people and businesses have earned our eternal gratitude. Without all of these people and organizations, GRIL would not be what it is today. Oh, they are not is any special order :)
